Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Monastery, Jordanville, NY

This is just a short video excerpt of my visit to the most calming, peaceful, serene, and Divine place in all of the state of New York, a few weeks ago with my mother, and accompanied by one of the lovely Priestmonks, who gave us a tour of the whole place. Holy Trinity Monastery was established in the 1920s by Russians fleeing religious persecution by the Bolshevik regime, and it is by all means it's own little cultural world of Russia within the gates of the Monastery. There's a seminary, four chapels and a Cathedral on the grounds, two cemeteries, a pond and spring, beehives, icon making studio, candle and incense making studio, and many, many, many cats, along with some of the greatest and most authentic examples of Russian architecture anyway in the United States.
