1. what are your preferred name and pronouns?

my preferred name is kayla and my pronouns are she/her

2. how active are you?

3. do you have experience working in a leadership position?

i have both held a job in retail in real life and had several leadership positions on other amino communities such as leader on a since deleted community and a curator for several months on another ariana amino. i have yet to experience sych a role in a large community as this, but i have founded, co-lead, and been a member of several teams on some bigger communities.

4. what is one thing you would change about ariana grande amino?

i want to enhance the kindness and increase activity. i think such a large amount of s is just the blueprint for a very active community, and i believe there can always be a more friendly, welcoming group which would in turn make being active a more positive experience. these things can be done by finding ways to encourage more interactions, such as starting group chats or hosting challenges.

5. what skills do you have that you could incorporate into your curator position like editing, deg, and writing?

i consider myself skilled in editing and writing. i could incorporate writing as a communication tool which would benefit me in sending messages out to the amino, and editing is a skill which would help me with proper organization, etc.
