agawt (ariana grande amino welcoming team) is a team on here that focuses on welcoming the new in our community. our job is to provide with a warm welcome, and make sure they know the basics of this community for they won't feel lost. we strive to make every single member feel safe and welcomed. agawt was orginally founded by avani. applications are frequently open from time to time due to the inactivity of some or needing more for various reasons, so there is always new chances to get onto the team.

to get more into depth with what we do. we welcome , but all of agawt have a schedule and rules to abide by. each member (depending on their welcoming day) is expected to welcome up to 20 or more with their welcoming message. once they are done they have to always put in the agawt official chat how many they have welcomed and the link to the last member's profile, this makes it easier for the next welcomer to pick up from where the last person welcomed. what will happen if any member fails to do this? well, they will receive a strike (3 strikes = removal from agawt). more about the strike system and the rules will be addressed down below.

⇢ must be active
⇢ you must welcome 20 on your welcoming day. you could also welcome more if you'd like to, and you could welcome on other days if you have noticed no one has welcomed.
⇢ do not lie about the number of you welcomed. i can always check the ' activity.
⇢ tell me in the group chat how many you welcomed, and include a link of the last welcomed member.
⇢ if you don't welcome on your day or don't tell me then you will receive a strike. 3 strikes will lead to you be kicked off the team. you could always fix your strike (make it up) by trying to help anyone out with their welcoming day.
⇢ if you go on hiatus make sure to let me know. if you have been on hiatus for more than a month then you will be kicked off the team.
⇢ be respectful towards all .
⇢ don't steal/copy welcoming messages.
⇢ make sure to follow all of AGA's guidelines.

this strike system is put in place to keep AGAWT running smoothly. the strike system applies to your activity and any possible violation of the AGAWT rules and the community guidelines.
❥ if you don't welcome on your welcoming day then you will receive 1 strike. to remove that strike you must make it up sometime other than your welcoming day.
❥ if you don't notify me that you have welcomed then that's an automatic strike. you are responsible for letting us know that you have completed it, but if you just forgot to let me know then you won't receive a strike.
❥ starting drama in the AGAWT chat, disrespecting another member, stealing welcoming messages, or any violation of AGAWT's rules and community guidelines will receive a strike or could possibly be kicked off the team. when it comes to violating a rule we take it very seriously because everyone should be able to follow rules that aren't even that complex. if you do have an issue with another member then please PM me.
