Lebanon is a country in the middle east. On the east shore of the Mediterranean. It is located between Syria and Palastine. The population is around 8.5 Million, 2.5 of which are Syrian and Palestinian refugees.
What Makes Lebanon So Special
1- Lebanon is a house for 18 Religious groups, including: Muslims(Shia, Sunni, Druz, Isma'ilite, Alawyet), Christians(Marionette Catholic, Greek Orthodox, Melkite Catholic, Armenian Orthodox, Armenian Catholic, Syrian Catholic, Syrian Orthodox, Roman Catholic, Chaldean, Assyrian, Copt, and Protestant) and Jews. We all live in harmony, fights cause by beliefs are rare.
2-The amount of Empires and Kingdoms that have ed upon Lebanon, including the Phoenicians, Assyrians, Greek, Roman,Persians, Arabs, Crusaders, Ottomans, and French. (a topic to be discussed in later posts)
3- Where do you find a country where people speak 16 languages:Arabic, English, French, Greek, Armenian, Kurdish, Syriac, Circassian, Tigrinya, Sinhala, Turkish, Azerbaijani, Polish, Russian, Romanian, and Turkmen. While those may sound weird and made up, these are actual languages all spoken by Lebanese people according to the culture that got stuck where they live.
The Lebanese Flag.

The Red represents the blood of the martyrs who died to defend and free the country.
The White stands for purity and Peace which is what we all hope to achieve one day.
And the Green Cedar is the symbol of determination since a cedar stands tall and green all year long
(the flag will be discussed in details in a later post)
I don't want this to be tall, but Lebanon is a Beautiful country and I would NEVER want to leave it. A country that Combines 18 religious sectors, 16 languages, and has ed through the reign of more than 9 Empires and Kingdoms in 10,452 KM should be cherished.
Note:
This is not it, more posts about Lebanon will be released soon, like traditions, what to do if you visit Lebanon, Religions, history, and a lot more. Stay tuned. Till the next post
