First of all, we would like to thank you for participating in Amino Olympics that was held in June. It was difficult to organize, however we had an amazing experience with you all!
Now, we want to hear your voice. The staff will be asking for your with the following guide questions below. Note that you can skip some questions or add more, it is up to you.

Oof, I’m a bit late for the party but who cares. I like it but I only have a few problems.
The first problem is the recruitment. It was kind of unfair because their were different numbers in the team and that could affect the team and who will win. The heart had more people and so, they had more chance of winning. I suggest shorting it a bit and let the recruitment be longer. That way, we can have equal numbers of
The second problem is the judging. People were sad, especially one person from club. They left club because they believe that they did horrible even though they didn’t. We also didn’t even know our Judges! I suggest having our leaders and curators to be our judges and let us know who they are so we won’t be like “THE HEARTS CHEATED BECAUSE OKE OF THE JUDGES ARE FRIENDS WITH A MEMBER!” Also, this sound weird but it’s good. They are judges, they judge on people so in every entry for the Olympic, have at least on Judge say what they like and dislike about the post and give a 1/10 rating
I think that is all. I hope you take everyone’s advise and I hope you do MAJOR changes to next Olympic

RECRUITMENT
From what I recall, there was a limit of 10 Olympians per recruitment wave on each team. I also forgot if there was a team limit on the last recruitment wave, but this shouldn't affect what I'm about to say:
10 people ( :bust_in_silhouette: ) per wave is way too little.
10 :bust_in_silhouette: X 4 waves = 40 :bust_in_silhouette:
40 :bust_in_silhouette: X 4 teams = 160 :bust_in_silhouette:
Let's say that I'm missing something and there would be a total of 500 :bust_in_silhouette: in the Olympics.
The amino has around 38,000 . I think the number of participants is way too low and should be increased to 1000, minimum.
Too many posts to be curated by staff? Read the JUDGING section.
OLYMPICS DATE/STRUCTURE
Instead of a week per event, it should be 10 days per event. Everything else is fine.
JUDGING
Yes, there should be a committee of that judge all posts. Those should curate said posts in complete anonymity, for they shall not be influenced by other Olympians. If implemented, there should be certain requirements to be met in order to this shadowy group.
i.e.:
-Be at least level [NUMBER]
If they are also participating in the Olympics, their posts shall be curated by different .
Once the judging ends, the mods should only have to see the posts that impressed the committee.
After the end of DRA Olympics, the committee should be revealed to everyone. (though i advise against this if you want to use the same people for the next Olympics)
If you want to go the extra mile just to be sure, of the committee should make new s specifically for curating posts.
CATEGORIES
I do not see the reason for using different categories for each event.
Buuuut, if you want to make it more interesting, you could make it so posts that respect the event's theme will receive a small number of points as a bonus. The ones that don't should not be penalized.
You may say that it isn't fair, but it is! If each event grants bonus points to each category, the math checks out.

Recruitment

Recruitment should be done in waves during the month have may so that things don't get all hectic in June.
4 teams is good! One team for every suite of cards. uvu

Olympic Dates/Structure

•I feel like June is a good month to keeo it due to the fact that most people are ending their school year during that month.
•I feel like it should be 1 week - 1 ½ weeks. It gives people more time, but, can still make projects on events stressful.
•4 is a great number to stay at! It fills in all the weeks of the month so the olympics don't have to be so long.
•I feel like all categories can participate in one event. It spices things up rather than just having one topic at hand.
•DRA Olympics is just fine with me! But maybe you can do what place the Olympics are going to be held at in real life? Like for instance, DRA at the Japanese Olympics for 2020.

•I feel like Leaders or the FOUNDER of OFFICAL Squads should be Judges of Olympics.

•I feel like there should be 4 categories. (Arts, Crafts, Writing, and Editing.) Or, you can add Editing as a type of art thats allowed in Olympics.

only thing i really had any problem with was that we only had a week to get each entry out. stressful, to say the least.
moving the date to july, as others have said, is something i definitely agree with.
I think that there should be different levels of talent in teams. I every event ppl from my team were sad bc they knew they weren’t going to win bc they felt they weren’t good enough.... I don’t wanna say judge where ppl win depending on effort but instead split it up a bit. Like how there’s a Jv and a varsity team for sports
