This post is a public service announcement (psa), to discuss about an issue increasing in the amino.

Please treat the staff with respect!
We are humans too! We also make mistakes that we are sorry for and we promise to improve, but it is a humble request to treat everyone (including staff) with respect. We're also just average people like everyone, so please treat us the same.
Mods, vessels and everyone in the staff are just trying to enforce the rules that help in making this community a safe place for everyone! We apologize if we are not able to handle any given report immediately because, again, we also have our own lives and can not be online at every given moment. Please be patient with us as we'll try to handle the report as soon as possible.

What's the problem?
So, why are we making this psa?
More and more instances are arising where mods aren't being treated the same as everyone else, or are being backslapped with ive aggressive comments as if we don't have feelings. Please prohibit from doing so, as, ouch! These comments hurt us the same as it would do to anyone else!

Any advice, suggestions, criticism with the Mods?

Yes, I know it's hard to believe (/s) but we do indeed make mistakes. If anyone has any problem with a staff member, We would suggest that person to either personally talk to them, if it's a personal issue, or you can talk to any other staff member if you have any complaint. I assure you, it's not our intention to hurt anyone! And if any person ends up hurting someone, please resolve it in methods discussed above and not in public (for everyone including the staff). Please do the same for any queries, suggesions, advice, etc as well.

We can just suggest people to be nice, right?
Any disrespect or mistreatment towards ANYONE (staffs, in this case especially) will lead to an appropriate punishment as if it would be any other member. Do not treat staff badly thinking they won't report or you won't face any consequences. Do not disrespect someone as a joke (unless they are comfortable with it). Someone else's feelings aren't a joke. Do not pick fights with anyone as a joke or for any other reason. Please treat everyone with respect.

Also... You may be keeping it secret, but one of you has received a pending promotion to be the agent. I suggest you take the offer because I get the feeling the current agent won't be back in a while.
As much as I want to agree with this, I do have to mention that back in March there was a pedophile harassing and threatening people in a public chat and the mods didn’t do anything until people made public posts about it.

I’m afraid I have no proof, this is all hearsay. I do hope that in the future the leaders and curators are able to get rid of these creeps quicker because I don’t to see you all as bad people.
the pedophile had been handled before the posts were made actually, they were banned right when someone had made a post
its suggested that you report them instead of making posts, response can be a bit slow yes but not slow enough for need of posts

Btw, will there be some sort of logo change to celebrate pride month? Or a logo change in general- Not that this one is bad, but it does get old. Especially because it's not that readable

Well, you're not profiting from us, nor are you trying to fish us in. Plus, as mentioned above, there's multiple lgbtq+ characters in both undertale and deltarune. I think it would do the community justice to be represented in a place that gives them comfort
