From Fiore with love: FTA PRIDE EVENT

Hello loves!

It is once again that time of the year, where we come together to celebrate the visibility of queer people all around the world!

Per the occasion, FTA is once again hosting a pride month themed event for everyone to participate should they wish to do so! We are incredibly excited to see what you fairies create this time around, so let’s get right to it!

Please note : any hateful comments will be deleted. Be respectful - if you have nothing nice to say then don't say anything at all! ♡

Challenge task

Choose one or more flags provided below, and pick out a character to represent your chosen flag. Your entry can range from an art piece, to an edit, blog and so on - however you must also explain your choice of character and flag. The only limit is your imagination so get creative!

The minimum amount of flags you can choose is 1. There is no maximum, so if you’re feeling fired up you can even go ahead and include all of them in your entry!

Challenge specific rules

Blogs

Write about your character and any headcanons you may have about their orientation or gender identity! Your blog entry can entirely be an analysis or a short coming out story.

Must have 4-5 paragraphs explaining choice of character and flag. This requirement does not include an intro/outro in the blog.

Edits

Create an edit featuring your character with a chosen flag or an edit including the colours of your chosen flag!

Must have 2 paragraphs explaining choice of character and flag (does not include intro/outro) + edit proof (screenshots, etc,)

Art

Draw your character with their chosen pride flag! They can be either holding it, have it painted anywhere on their body, perhaps wear pride themed clothes - or the flag can be included somewhere in the background. You can also draw your character using only colours featured in the chosen flag.

Must have 2 paragraphs explaining choice of character and flag (does not include intro/outro) + art proof

Miscellaneous (such as cosplay, etc)

Cosplayers can dress up as their chosen characters and feature their chosen pride flags in their photos, this can range from a pride flag in the background to having a full on pride themed outfit.

Must include 3 paragraphs explaining choice of character and flag.

Maximum of TWO ENTRIES is allowed PER PERSON

All entries must be submitted by 14th June. You have until 11pm (GMT +2) ON THAT DAY. Keep an eye on your calendar so you don’t miss your window of opportunity!

All entries created after this time will not be counted.

Entries will be judged BY YOU, in a judge poll created shortly after the end of the event. The date of this poll will be announced at a later date so look out!
