Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria is much more than having rejection issues, it's having trouble handling relationships and our very own emotions.
Furs with RSD may have a hard time handling situations, whether from an outside source or from themselves, that deal with rejection, teasing, and criticism. We are very sensitive to what people think of us or what they say to us!
RSD is typically common in:
People with ADHD
Sadly these two go hand in hand as people with ADHD are more prone to having ADHD and in most cases if they have RSD there's a good chance they have ADHD as well.
Here are some signs of RSD taken from WebMD itself!
Be easily embarrassed
Get very angry or have an emotional outburst when they feel like someone has hurt or rejected them
Set high standards for themselves they often can't meet
Have low self-esteem
Feel anxious, especially in social settings
Have problems with relationships
Stay away from social situations and withdraw from other people
Feel like a failure because they haven't lived up to other people's expectations
Sometimes think about hurting themselves
If you think you struggle with RSD or even ADHD please see a therapist, get diagnosed and start a treatment plan if you can!

I don’t have any want to hurt myself but I have adhd and I do struggle with how I feel at several moments. I’ll feel a certain way but not know fully why I feel that way. I get embarrassed easily and don’t like any form of being left out or rejected and criticized in any way. I think I have this but I can’t be sure
I have ADHD and I didn’t know this was a thing, but I DEFINITELY have it
