Mavuika is an playable Pyro character in Genshin Impact. Bearing the Ancient Name "Kiongozi" and known by her Goetic name Haborym, she is the current Pyro Archon presiding over Natlan, a nation of oaths situated in the western regions of Teyvat. Guided by the flame, you through lengthy gorges and valleys to reach the land where the torches blaze, where all fires converge. Upon the blazing fields where Saurians roam, witness the end of the ancient war alongside the valiant warriors who resist the darkness.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐯𝐮𝐢𝐤𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞?

Mavuika is a tall woman with light skin and red eyes with yellow sun-shaped forms around her reddish-yellow pupils. She has red, knee-long, wavy hair with yellow undersides which resemble flames. It parts symmetrically.

She wears a black biker bodysuit with red sun-shaped accents that leaves her sides and back exposed and a matching long-sleeved mini-jacket over it. She wears black high-heeled boots with red and orange decorations and spikes. Her accessories are black gloves, an intricately detailed golden choker and golden and red sun-shaped earrings.

When Mavuika channels her power of the divine throne, her hair glows a fiery yellow.

Prior to her ascension as the Pyro Archon during her time in Huitztlan, Mavuika wore a white dress with a red and orange accent alongside with a scarf. Her sun-shaped forms that are in her eyes were not present at the time.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲?

Honestly, no one really knows how she behaves, but from what I've gathered, Mavuika is an inspiring woman and a true potential Archon. She spends time with her deceased parent and sister, thanks to her Archon immortality. Mavuika is dedicated to protecting Natlan forever. She genuinely cares for all the clans, working to defend Natlan against the Abyss Order. During the tournament, she chooses the champion to take on the Abyss Order, but they never back down, and some even lose their lives. When she first meets the Traveler and Paimon, they recognize her as an Archon. She also encounters Capitano, who tries to steal her Gnosis but eventually teams up with him. In the spirit realm, she comes across many souls lost in the Abyss War, including her family. She vows to protect Natlan for the next 400 years. Based on her current behavior, I can see her taking on a big sister role, showing a loud and fierce tomboy side, while still holding onto a strict code of honor as an Archon and instilling a sense of responsibility in others.

Hold to unleash, and Mavuika will ride the Flamestrider in combat. Her Normal, Charged and Plunging Attacks will also be converted to deal Nightsoul-aligned Pyro DMG which cannot be overridden.

Hold to unleash, and Mavuika can ride the Flamestrider at high speed to temporarily cross various terrain types (like water and lava for example) and glide in mid-air.

After using this, Mavuika enters the Nightsoul's Blessing state. She rides the Flamestrider to perform a powerful Sunfell Slice, dealing Nightsoul-aligned AoE Pyro DMG. During this time, Mavuika's various actions will no longer consume Nightsoul points, and her resistance to interruption is increased. Also, the DMG dealt by Sunfell Slice and her Elemental Skill's Normal and Charged Attacks when Held is increased based on the amount of Fighting Spirit she has.

Now, how to introduce her? The bearer of "Kiongozi," Mavuika, a leader completely worthy of leading the people of Natlan.

The woven scrolls and epics record all the most legendary of ancient deeds. Great heroes emerge, one after the other, and glory is ed down from generation to generation, and she has never failed to live up to such heavy expectations.

She who shoulders the title of the "strongest," she who respects all beings, be they strong or weak, and treats all equally.

For this, the people love her, sing her praises, and follow her willingly, with all their hearts.

Each time, when she addresses the Pilgrimage of the Return of the Sacred Flame, her hair flutters with the Sacred Flame as her majestic voice rings in our ears.

She casts her inspiring gaze upon every warrior, every Saurian. She calls upon every flame of Natlan, uniting all fires into a bright light to drive away the darkness.

As we each other, stumbling through the valley of the long, boundless night, wiping the tears from the corners of our eyes, and finally struggle to lift up our heavy heads—

We see naught but that unwavering, unchanging red, like the sun rising in the east.

What did she sacrifice? What did she give up? What kind of will has led her to this day?

We have no doubt that she will lead Natlan to yet another victory.

As far as I know, she doesn't have any nicknames except for Mavu (that's what i call her anyways). But she DOES have aliases/titles such as the following:

• Kiongozi.

• Lady Haborym.

• The Pyro Archon.

• And The God of War.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐧 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐫?

• When she was about to fight Il Capitano, she was wielding Kinich's Earth Shaker claymore.

• She was raised as a member of the Scions of the Canopy before ascending to the position of Pyro Archon. This was hinted at previously by Mavuika's family picture, depicting two Yumkasauri alongside her family.

• As Archon, she worked with the six Ancient Name heroes but had personal connections with three of them. Examples are Burkina when she grew up beside them within the Scions of the Canopy, Sundjatta when she visited his home and was his student, and Wanjiru when they wrestled with one another.

• Mavuika was implied to be named after the Maōri fire goddess Mahuika, the wife of Auahitūroa, the Maōri god of comets and origin of fire. She's the figure from which the hero Māui obtained the secret of making fire.

• Her other alias, Haborym, also called Aim or Aym, is from The Lesser Key of Solomon, a Great Duke of Hell.
