Basically, leanna fully completed her hamon training under Lisa Lisa's instruction and after meeting Avdol he helps her curate an amulet that allows her to see stands.

She herself does not possess a stand ability, but at least she can see them to avoid their attacks and hopefully land a hamon attack on her opponent.
