Hello, Welcome back to another interview with a new guest. Today's interview is with none other than Amora! They make wonderful blogs so I had to interview them. The theme for this month was "space".. Anything that had to do with space. One thing you may not know about me is that I'm a sucker for a good space dialogue with any team of marvel. [Earth sucks sometimes if you know what I mean....just kidding.] So you best believe I was excited to post something for this theme. Mutants in general in space are amazing and powerful. If your new to x-men and want the ultimate space content I suggest checking out S.W.O.R.D. That team is widely related with x-men [cough cough beast was on the team cough cough]. But, as always please leave comments and thoughts. I would love to hear what you have to say! Enjoy the interview featuring amora!

1. What is your favorite space moment of the x-men?

Amora: I don’t think I’ve read many space moments in X-Men comics, so I can’t really answer this one.

2. Are you familiar with Starjammers [X-men team]?

Amora: I am a little bit, yes; I’ve heard of them but I haven’t read them or anything.

**I only know them from Scott's biological father and the 90s show.**

3. Do you enjoy the space shuttle storyline of how Jean grey got the Phoenix or no? [Comics]

Amora: I think it was very interesting, just based on my knowledge, and it definitely aids to unique origin stories in the comics. When I read her origins and all at first, I had a hard time deciphering between Phoenix and traditional Jean Grey, and deciding which I preferred. I do say I prefer the Phoenix aspect to her, and I think the storyline where she got those abilities was pretty cool.

**I think the first time I heard about how Jean actually got her powers was when I watched the 90s show on Disney+.**

4. Do you like or know the team S.W.O.R.D?

Amora: I know of the team, but my knowledge of them does not extend farther than what WandaVision has teased at. This is one of the teams I haven’t researched or read, but I do know a little bit about them.

5. What is your favorite "off-earth" mutant species? (Kree, Klyntar, Landlaks, etc.)

Amora: I don’t know if this counts, but I quite like the concept of the Deviant Gene in Eternals specifically (although I haven’t done too much immersing in it so I could be talking about something different), which I’m pretty sure can be connected to different species, but Thanos did come into mind when I thought of this question.

**Omg, yes! I literally forget about "The eternals". I seriously need to get into them before their big movie.**

6. Do you believe in this theory: The first mutant [x-men universe] was born on another planet besides earth.

Amora: Hm, this depends on the universe referred to. I would like to believe, personally, as far as the mutant gene in humans go, I would disagree. I’d believe that the first mutant with the gene and abilities came from Earth, like in the traditional origin story.

7. Do you think mutants are similar to aliens/space beings in the marvel universe?

Amora: Maybe. I always believed that Mutants were just a heightened version of humans, at least those with the gene, and they are more similar to humans than they are any other races. Since those are still beings of our race, just with a separate mutation (kind of like if a person was born with an extra finger, just on a larger scale), I think the only thing that makes them similar to other races is really just their difference from the rest of us.

8. Do you think that the x-men [in the comics] should have more space missions?

Amora: I mean, I think it would be pretty cool. I haven’t read too many X-Men comics, so I’m not entirely sure how many they’ve already had, but it would be a cool addition considering a big part of all their lives is space.

9. Do you like the space scene in the movie "Dark Phoenix"? why or why not?

Amora: Well, I actually hated Dark Phoenix, and didn’t think it was all that good. I think if done better, I may have liked it, but I just didn’t get the concept of it all since she already had her Phoenix abilities in Apocalypse. If it all wasn’t so confusing and they had a set timeline where she only got her abilities once, then it would have been a very interesting take.

10. Do you think most of the x-men villains come from outer space? Or no?

Amora: I haven’t read about too many X-Men villains, so I can’t really answer this one entirely. I think the ones I know of don’t, but I’ll have to get more educated on them to know.

11. Do you like how Scott's [Summers] father was serectly a space hero all along? [Comics]

Amora:I haven’t read about him much, and I’d have to research the time in order to see my opinion on it.

**Fun fact: The first time I heard about Scott's real father was while watching the 90s show [not me referencing the 90s show like 5 times in this blog. Anyways stan content] and I was WHAT HE HAS A GALAXY HERO FATHER.**
