It was around the time Steve Rogers decided he'd take the stones back and stayed with Peggy then came back giving Sam the shield.
Nataila and Bucky stood behind Steve as he talked to Sam. After a bit some men came up to them then looks at Steve who turned away from Nataila saying "I don't know who she is " said Steve as the men chained Nataila's hands Nataila looks at her father feeling betrayed "Daddy" she said trying to reach out for him as the men chained her hands and walked away from all of them. Sam and Bucky watched not sure what just happened. Three days later Steve ed away while Nataila sat in a dark sell feeling unloved alone and betrayed by the man she trusted the most her father. Her mother was gone she had given her life for the universe and what hurt Nataila the most was she never got to say goodbye to Natsha. Wanda had left the Avengers along with Bruce and the others. They had split and now Nataila was an orphan but also someone no one wanted. Bucky however had been looking for Nataila when he ran into Sam with a new group of super soliders. Once again Nataila was the worst place she had thought of the place that scared her a hydra base. Unfortunately hydra had turned her into their killing machine once more. She would sit in the cell refusing to eat knowing the conaquences but she didn't care. Soon she was losing all hope yet a small part of her hoped one person would come for her she had hoped Bucky would come. She hugged her knees in the cell waiting for what orders from them. After finding out about more super soliders Nataila was sent to fight John the new Captain America. Nataila had no choice or say in this she was being controlled. When Nataila wasn't fighting and was locked in her dark cell she thought about Loki and her mama Natsha and wondered why Steve did what he did. "was I not enough ?...was I not good enough for him".
Her red curly hair was messy usually but now I was long. Her light blue eyes that looked as though she was blind but wasn't was dull no color no life no emtions. She once fought John after she found Bucky Sam and Zemo in whatever country it was. John was using words as a weapon to her when she snapped at him , You'll never be my Father , you'll not replace my Father so yes you either learn to be friends or allies with me or you can be my enimies and trust me you don't want that , enjoy the shield while you can John " she said leaving. Nataila was back in her cell and knew what she dreaded all those years ago. She was a nobody just a solider a weapon people could use. She knew she could never carry her mother's legacy but she could try be like her so she became the Red Widow and fought but she also had to deal with Hydra and the others that would use her.
Nataila sat in her cell the home she had never knew no matter how bad it gotten for her she knew they would always have a place for her. Nataila started at her left arm and hand since it was metal she wondered if she would ever be a normal kid or if she was stuck like this a weapon to anyones's beckoning call. She knew Steve wouldn't come for her anymore and she knew thou she hated it that her mother couldn't come to save her either. And who knows maybe just maybe the man she thought of as a father might come save her but even then she had no hoped of being saved. Nataila was glad that Peter still had Morgan and Pepper and happy and his aunt May. She wondered why Steve didn't want her anymore maybe she was a embarrassment to him , or maybe he thought she to was monster beyond saving one that one had any hope for. Nataila didn't have Wanda anymore she left without telling anyone so her big sister figure was gone from her. Nataila was truly alone. She knew what it was like to have nothing then have something then have nothing again. "Everywhere I go I see her face and I miss her more.." Nataila would muble it over and over "I never got to say goodbye or that I lover her ..." Nataila blamed herself for Tony's and Natasha's death , if she had been stronger maybe she could have saved them. Maybe if she had done the snap maybe everything would be ok just maybe was always a thought in her head.
"He left me.... He said we'd always be together no matter what but he left me... He left for an old life .... He didn't even want me " .
Nataila was usually curled up in the corner of the dark cell still chained as she hugged her knees thinking over and over again and again of what she could have done to keep Steve from leaving and staying with Peggy.
"I'm not good enough to be a daughter I'm only good enough to be a weapon... "
She hoped with the little bit of hope she had left that Bucky her Father would come.
