T-Bone (SWAT Kats) and Eddie Brock (SSM)

I haven't been into SWAT Kats for a few years until I saw it again today on Pinterest. Then I noticed and image of T-bone and it suddenly hit me.

Does he make anyone else think of the Spectacular Spider-man incarnation of Eddie Brock or is it just me? Visually, at least.
