(Joseph had a rough childhood his parents would commonly beat him when he did something wrong and sometimes even when he didn't but when one day he discovered a deep dark secret about them hidden in the basement,upon opening a chest he believed to be full of old clothing he instead found out that his parents were part of a new generation of "The Pride" a group made infamous by the story of 6 teens near his age that discovered the same thing inside the chest was pictures of slaughtered girls,a book with a ring attached to it,A Shield & Spear made of unmeltable ice,and a note to him that revealed the Neck tie he has worn since he was small was actually deterent to keep back his Mutant form which transformed his entire body to solid ice )
