:sparkle: Marcus was born into a poor family in New York, his dad was a drunk and his mom worked at a factory. One night his dad struck his mother with a whiskey bottle and she fell against a table nearby and was killed. Realizing what he had done, Marcus’s dad left home and never returned so Marcus was left to fend for himself and eventually ended up on the streets of Brooklyn.

:sparkle: ᴛᴇᴇɴᴀɢᴇ ʏᴇᴀʀs

:sparkle: At the age of 13 he was taken in by the vigilante Deadpool and began to train with the vigilante until about the age of 17. Following that he met Spider-Man and Captain America which ended up in a verbal argument between him and the Super soldier, who didn’t think Marcus would ever be a hero just a cold blooded killer.

:sparkle: ᴇᴀʀʟʏ ᴀᴅᴜʟᴛʜᴏᴏᴅ

❥ Few months after the encounter with Captain America, Marcus turned 18 and decided to gain the skills he need to help him in his attempt to make a difference in the world he would have to the military, which he did. During one of his mission a IED exploded near him and cause him to lose partial sight in his left eye and costed him the lower half of his right arm. The Disheartened soldier returned home to receive the medical care he needed and after a surgery to attach a artificial limb to replace the part of his arm he had lost, he was medically discharged from the Army and he went to live with his adopted father, the infamous Deadpool.

:sparkle: Months after his release from the hospital Marcus began to work on his suit with the help of his adopted dad, and took on the persona of Redwing, a vigilante who roams the streets of New York were Spider-Man doesn’t and takes care of the criminals that are so vile and disgusting that the police won’t touch.
