"A new Friend"

-Salut my little kittens and my little bugs. Long time no see. So i came here today with a special (really belated) gift for my amazing friend Harlet!. Harlet, thank you so much for being my friend, I'm really grateful that you're by my side, willing to help me, listen to me and read my crazy ideas almost every time i have one, and for introducing me to some amazing anime and we discuss about them! XD

This is a little gift for you, you're such a caring z talented and wonderful person, I'm honoured to be your friend and i hope we can stay like that.

So, what did i do? I put my friend in an of a kind story. I hope she and you as well like it. Let's get started!

~A new Friend~

How Nightowl's costume is and how she looks like:

Nightowl is a fifteen year old girl with dark brown hair and brown eyes, whose name is Harlet in the life behind the mask. As Nightowl, her hair get tied up in a ponytail with white streaks, she has a brown suit that hugs her body, black boots, a white circle about at her stomach, her lasso tied around her waist and dark brown gloves. Also, she has costumized wings that cover her arms and get used at the attack, once used, new ones appear instantly. She is loyal, smart and sweet, always willing to help the heroes. Also, her mask is a light brown one with a white line over it and a small yellow part, similar to a beak.

Ladybug, Chat Noir and their friend, Nightowl, were fighting against a villain, called The Dimensioner, he had the ability to bring people from other dimensions but as well, he could transfer a citizen to a whole new dimension, using his rays, like at the Naruto dimension, the Assassination Classroom one, the Pokémon one, even the Danny Phantom one and the Disney one

This is not how i wanted my birthday to be

Nightowl thought as she did a backflip, avoiding a ray and did her "Feather attack" against the villain, throwing some of her feathers to him in high neck speed. The villain managed to avoid one but got hit from the other feathers and losed his balance

"Yes!" the heroine exclaimed

"Not bad, birdie" Chat Noir said, having as usual a nickname for his partners in crime.

Ladybug rolled her eyes and said to Nightowl as she used her yo-yo as a shield.

"A smart movement as well. Maybe it can help us!".

Nightowl felt proud of herself, even if they didn't need her too many times, she was more than glad to help the two heroes of Paris to defeat akumas and then draw about her adventures on her secret blog whilst listening to anime music, hey she couldn't help it, as a teenager she had her hobbies and likes as well.

Chat Noir manoeuvred his way on the rooftop, avoiding one ray after the other, while Ladybug was trying to get close to the villain so she could have a better look and figure out where the akuma was hidden.

Just when she was close to him, the Dimensioner noticed Ladybug. He moved to her and kicked her on the stomach making the heroine losing her balance and fall.

"Haha! Well, Ladybug, let's see how well you'll do in another world!" the villain roared and let out a laughter and prepared to attack

"No!" Chat cried as he managed to get in front of Ladybug, trying to protect her. But it was too late, the ray was already sent. It surrounded both heroes and when it vanished, they were gone as well, transferred to who knows where

"No!" Nightowl shouted and turned her head at the villain "Where did you sent them?!".

The Dimensioner shrugged off and replied, coolly

"Who knows, who cares? They're out of the way now, so it won't be hard to defeat you little bird!".

Nightowl hissed, she grabbed her lasso, threw it at the villain, wrapped it around his waist and using her force, she pulled him high and threw him to the ground.

However, the Dimensioner pressed the button on his ray gun and opened a portal right next to him

"Oh, great" the heroine murmured.

Out of the portal, a person was dropped out of it. It was a teenage boy, about Nightowl's age, a bit taller than her, wearing a blue uniform with a large white U covering the jacket, like it was an uniform for training or similar to it, but really captivating was his face. He had short hair, half was white and the other half was red, one eye was brown and the other a blue with a red scar covering it, but Nightowl, immediately recognised him. It was Shouto Todoroki! One of her favourite characters of the anime "My Hero Academia"!

"I guess this is gonna be a great birthday!" she said, most likely squeled, seeing one of her favourite characters so close to her

"Uh... where am i?" Shouto at last spoke, trying to orient himself at this whole new place.

The heroine didn't miss a second, she rushed to Shouto

"Hi! I'm Nightowl, a superhero, you got transferred into this world but, I'll take you back. It's my birthday today and I'm so glad i met you, I'm a big fan of yours, and Izuku's and everyone's from the class!" she blurted out in one breath.

Shouto blinked in surprise, whilst he opened his mouth and was about to reply, the Dimensioner stood up, and tried to attack them, but Nightowl was quicker. She grabbed Todoroki by his hand, threw a feather at the villain's weapon and flew to a building and hid behind a chimney with Shouto

"Whoa... okay. What was that?" he asked, still surprised by those powers

"Heh, just a little trick of mine. You can say i was a bit inspired by Hawks" she itted

"That was even better than Hawks. You move fast and are pretty cool, and I'm sure he'd agree" Shouto complimented, something unusual of him, but his words made the heroine blush a bit and smile. She didnt want Todoroki to go back to his dimension, but she knew she had to.

She scratched her chin with her index finger and started deceiving a plan. She snapped her fingers a few seconds later with an idea

"Shouto, i think i know what we should do, but I'm gonna need your help. Do you trust me?"

"You just saved my butt out there. Sure i will" he replied immediately

"Good, then this is what we'll do" she told him and leaned closer to whisper her plan.

When she was done Shouto nodded with a determination on his face.

Simultaneously, they jumped to different directions.

Nightowl, went from behind the Dimensioner and used her wings to throw them at him and startle him

"Tricky attack!" he slurred as he turned to the hero "Oh come on, at least you got a nice character"

"Yeah, but you didn't bring the whole class! Now quiver my feathers" she shouted at him and used the feathers once again, throwing them around him and getting him stuck at place

"Shouto, now!" she cried.

Shouto appeared in front of them, easily ice skating on an enormous ice mountain, he raised his hand, and ice appeared on the villain's feet, making him unable to move, no matter how much he struggled

"Excellent job"

"Quiver my feathers? Really?" Shouto asked, landing next to the hero

"Hey, i need to have my own catchphrases" she replied smugly and using her lasso, she grabbed the weapon from the Dimensioner.

She pressed a green button and a portal, appeared, from which Ladybug and Chat Noir came out

"Thank goodness, you're okay! Where were you sent?"

Chat Noir and Ladybug looked at each other and came to a silent agreement

"We'll talk about it later" Chat Noir said

"Now come on, we've gotta take you to your dimension" Ladybug said to Shouto

"Aw... can't we keep him?" Nightowl asked innocently

"No, Nightowl, this wouldn't be right, he has to go back where he came from" Ladybug stated

"Yeah, i guess you've got a point" the heroine replied, trying to had her sadness

"Maybe we can meet again someday, who knows" Shouto tried to cheer her up and whilst he was about to go, for some reason he couldn't understand nor control, he turned to Nightowl and added "Oh, and happy birthday" he then leaned closer and planted a kiss on her cheek.

The heroine could feel a lovesick smile plaster on her face and her cheeks turning a light shade of pink.

This was her best birthday ever!
