It's your fave writer and artist, PrettyQueen325! I'm here to celebrate my previous 600 followers party with a drawing tutorial. Who are we drawing you might ask? It's none other than my OC, Elaine's kwami, Mistletoee:the kwami of courage(which you kittens voted for).

Now without further ado, let's get started!
Step 1:Outline

For this activity, you will only need a pencil, an eraser, paper(anyone you want), and some coloring materials.
When I first started to brainstorm and draw Mistletoee, I searched up pictures of deer or fawns(baby deer) to inspire myself. I suggest you kittens to do the same if you're feeling frustrated and can't get something right. Believe me, it took me at least a couple hours to draw, and color the final design.
To start, you should begin with the pointy ears a few inches away from one another and then connect them at the top while adding perhaps a fluff of fur(totally optional).
After that, on the other side of the ears;connect them both by creating a big, round circle while also putting in a slight point on each side for more realistic figure;finalizing the head.
Next, for the body, you can lightly draw an oval arm for each side and making the body in a "U" shape. Then, when drawing the legs, start with a hill form and do it again to make an ankle for the kwami(repeat step for other side). In all, you can create a fluff of a tail behind the body with a swirl. And that is how you make the body.
Step 2:Eyes

Once you finish outlining the body, now is the time to create eyes for Mistletoee. Like Tikki's eyes, Mistletoee's eyes are quite large and will take up most of the face so make big round ovals at about the halfway face mark. Then the irises will be smaller, but with the same roundness feature. Finally, the pupils are large, dark circles in the center.
Step 3:Fur Designs

For this step, you can make you deer kwami as unique as you would like because all deer are different, but if you're following my way of putting them, I've placed half ovals on the shoulders, legs, tail, and ears. For the other part on the ear though, is the inside of the ear which can be in whatever shape you like.
Step 4:Spots and a Smile

This was my favorite part of drawing Mistletoee. In some of your fur designs, you can place as many circles for white spots as you want if you're making a fawn, but if it's a deer; totally optional. For the final touch, a cute smirk;Mistletoee is the sassiest deer around.
Step 5:Color and Signature

This step is the easiest one. Color your deer kwami with whatever materials or colors you want and sign your name somewhere!
:sparkling_heart: I hoped you liked my drawing tutorial! :sparkling_heart:
