Ladybug felt her bottom slammed against a stone floor when something or someone dumped her. She was still slightly uncountable for and couldn't make out what in the world was going on.
Ladybug tried to open her dazed eyes and with no prevail, she instead tried to unravel the disgusting cloth gag over her mouth, but her hands and legs were tied in difficult, complicated knots.
The brown sack that had captured her was released from her body so she was relieved that she could properly breathe again. Although, the rotten stench of a dungeon clouded her stuffy nose.
Ladybug coughed and her eyes widened to the size of saucers when she perceived that her beloved, Adrien, was there as well. He was unconscious, but luckily didn't appear to have any visual physical injuries.
She struggled against the tight rope and muffled in curse words through the gag. How in the world did she get stuck in this sticky situation? Why does this always happen to her?
"Tut, tut, tut my dear," A sinister voice from the tenebrious shadows reached her frightened ears. "That won't help at all. It's no use if you try to call for help. No one's been down this deep in my prison for centuries."
Ladybug opened one of her blue eyes to try to get a closer look at the darken figure lurking in the corner of this jail. She couldn't see much other than a whisk of platinum blond hair.
The mysterious figure made it's way into the faded candelabras that hung and dimmed a few soft glow on the cracked stone brick wall.
The astounding person was the last person that she ever thought or suspected would do this. However, it was also still no surprise whatsoever.
Ladybug couldn't help the gasp that erupted out of her throat. "Felix?!" A corner of the gag had ripped off.
Felix smirked maliciously. "Who else," His cocky smirk quickly disappeared and was replaced with a cold sneer. "Ladybug?"
Ladybug's brain had officially exploded. "I-I don't understand." She stuttered. "Why would you do this?" She paused. "No, how could you do this?! To your own brother?!" Another part of the cloth was torn off.
Felix scoffed as it was no big deal. "It's pretty simple really. I always wanted to have my own kingdom one day. So I had to take out the two people who were standing in my way."
"And Adrien is one of them?" Ladybug asked incredulously at his delusional behavior. The gag had finally peeled off; falling to the hard ground.
Felix nodded. "But, I also had another person I needed to take out. My dear old man. Took some time to get the poison into his system though. I'll it, he's much too careful for his own good."
Ladybug was infuriated with his reckless decisions. What kind of person would want to hurt their own family?! "Why him! You could have waited for the throne to be ed down onto you! Adrien never wanted to be king in the first place."
Felix shrugged. "I grew impatient. And even if Adrien stepped down and I became the new ruler by his default, the kingdom would never accept me. Every single thing in my life was always about Adrien. How smart he is. How talented. How kind. How perfect," He spit out that last word as if it were some sort of poison. "The mere thought of him made me sick."Ladybug gritted her teeth, desperately trying to think of a way to get herself and Adrien out of here. "As for my father, he never cared about me anyway. So, I saw no shame in killing him off. The world would be better off without him anyway, no one really enjoyed his company."
"You don't deserve to be king. Not as long as I'm alive because I swear," Ladybug breathed heavily; still exhausted from earlier. "I will stop you."
Felix snarled. "It's too late, girly. I already won."
