AAAAAAAAH!!! SO FREAKING AWESOME!!! || My Hero Academia Season 4 Episode 13/76

That episode was amazing. Studio Bones did an awesome job with that episode.

First off, I like the beginning of the episode with Ryuuku’s team. I like the team of Uraraka, Tsuyu, and Nejire when they faced off against the enemy with a Quirk that steals life forces and turn it into power. I forgot his name. I hope Studio Bones and Lord Horikoshi don’t get any backlashes over a scene where the enemy hit on Nejire. I hope to god they don’t get any backlashes over that stupid scene.

Next is Eri and Overhaul’s backstory. The episode really shows how tragic Eri’s life is, how dangerous and overpowered her Quirk is, and how of a monster Overhaul is and why he does what he does. Overhaul did all this horrendous work cause he wants repay the yakuza boss for taking him in by destroying Quirk society and restore the yakuza to it’s former glory. I understand his cause, but I don’t like his extreme actions.

Eri’s tragic backstory is very upsetting how she’s constantly being experimented on and dying and revived. With Mirio’s cape giving her a ray of hope and realizing that Deku and others won’t give up until they rescued her, she jumps into Deku’s arms and releases her Rewind Quirk while the music plays. I love the music they played for that scene. It really captures the tone of the situation. I’m a little pissed cause that song came from the Heroes Rising movie, but it’s just a nitpick so I’m not gonna let that bother me. It’s great for that scene.

Now for the fight that got me excited! One For All Full Cowling 100% Deku vs Flesh Monster Overhaul! Eri helping Deku go 100% of One For All to stop Overhaul is so f**king awesome! The effects of Deku’s One For All 100% form are so awesome. Bones did a amazing job in catching that form from the manga, especially Overhaul’s monster form. The fight between them is so fan-f**king-tastic. Studio Bones did a fantastic job with that fight. The animation and cinematography are so absolutely perfect and perfectly captures the visuals of what Deku is fighting for which is to save Eri. That fight might be better than the Muscular fight or maybe even better than All Might vs All For One in my opinion. It’s so awesome!
