Girl With The Pearl Earring [IC Entry]

Hello everybody!!! I hope everybody is having a great day today. This entry took me all day to make. I did have something happen so it took a lot more longer. I was almost done when my inconvenience moment happened. But, I'm finally done and I'm so happy to present this. I thought of so many paintings that I've seen in my life. But, I thought of one painting that was simply but also had so much details ans the dark Pastel colors were outstanding to me. Also, I loved the face expression. Also, I saw this painting would be perfect for a certain character that I choose to do. I hope you all like what I made.

The character that I choose to do Momo Yaoyorozu. When I choose the painting that I wanted to do. I thought fast of who I wanted to do. Knowing that the face expression and the main certain of what the painting is called. I choose to do Momo. I thought she was perfect and I tried to play with the dark shadings and try to make it similar to the painting that I choose. The shading was a bit hard but it was kind of simply. But, I did try my best when it came to that part. Thank you so much for taking time looking into this post!!!

The painting that I choose was "Girl With The Pearl Earring" for Momo Yaoyorozu to be as. The history behind the painting is from Johannes Vermeer's who did the "Girl with a Pearl Earring" as it was painted around 1665. It was made with oil painting that depicts the imaginary figure that is in exotic clothing and a single large pearl earring. With the subject's gaze, soft lighting, and the pearl have made the work an aesthetic masterpiece and symbol of intrigue. With the painting, it is a tronie and a Dutch subcategory of portraiture that depicts idealized faces or exaggerated expressions that is being shown.
