While born in Konohagakure, the boy’s clan name comes from a clan that started in the Land of Water; as well as ing Kirigakure when it was first established. Neifū (内風) is a combination of the kanji 内 (inside) and 風 (wind), translating to Inner Wind. Akio (昭夫) is a name given by his parents, consisting of the kanji 昭 (shining) and 夫 (man) to make Shining Man.

The boy is nice to others, even those who may be rude to him, and he always tries to stay optimistic.

Being born in Konoha as the youngest son, the story of Akio begins. Only months after he is born, his mother is killed by a rogue ninja and his father disappears without a trace. This leaves him to be taken care of and raised by his older brother, who is only seven years old at the time. Due to this, the two grow up very close to eachother, being the only family they have and the last of a nearly fallen clan. He grows up iring his brother, watching as he not only took care of a child at his young age, but became an exceptional ninja as well. When Akio became eleven years old, his brother ed the Anbu Black ops, leaving him alone most of the time and brought him to value the time he spent with his brother more than ever. At this time, he also became a Genin, becoming part of a team and going on various missions, building himself as a young, talented ninja.

Even if they are born with the ability to use the Kekkei Genkai, they must learn to channel Nature Energy in order to use it. By taking in Nature Energy, a of Zettai Kasokudo can increase their speed by many times. While it takes a lot of practice to use it consistently and efficiently, even a short burst of usage can be the difference in a battle; as well as in life or death.
