This is a fanmade missing next gen for Tach-O-Mint, Spencer Vrooman.
Design Decisions: Brown is still the main colour with white taking second stage. The gumdrops have been limited to two colours for simplicity. The 0 and O have both been made into a simplified tachometer. The rims have been made red with a green trim for higher contrast than brown.
Bio: Spencer Vrooman is not very fond of candy himself, he is more into savoury treats. As for how he behaves on the track, he is usually very chill, that is unless someone aggravates him, then he takes it to the extreme. He doesn't intend to crash any racers; he hates to see anyone wrecked, but it is in his belief, if someone disturbs him, they deserve the same fate ten-fold.
