This is one of my favourite drinks for the winter months ,and it has proven again and again to boost my immune system when all around me are getting sick .
Even if you do get a cold it’s a lovely warming drink.
Honey to help sooth your sore throat. It also has anti inflammatory properties.
Lemon for vitamin c for immune boosting
Ginger for immune boosting , helps with nausea and muscle aches and pains.
Turmeric for its anti inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
Chop up half a lemon, small piece of ginger chopped into small pieces ,half a teaspoon of turmeric and honey to taste.
Steep for 5 to ten minutes. Enjoy
