This mysterious Gem was born from Homeworld Kindergarten in Era 1, Due to not being made by a Diamond or sent to War, the Gem never bothered getting out of the hole at all. Others believed that the Gem was scared of coming out of the hole because of how frightening the place is.
A Gem named Kornerupine was in a small hole, an off-color Gem who wasn’t perfect, unlike the rest. During Kornerupine’s time at the Kindergarten, the off-color Gem who spends most of their time staying inside the hole, not one step from the outside and they don’t seem to be scared of anyone, they’re weak and can’t do anything. None of the Gems did not laughed or taunted the Gem, since there’s no point in making fun of them.
Finally, at the end of Era 1, they’re able to step out and see the world and decided to explore around Homeworld Kindergarten and then the Prime, they had a hard time with their indentity, it’s not about being an off-color, it’s their appearance, they would often hid themselves to avoid any questioning, it was an identity crisis perhaps.
In both Eras 2 and 3, they would later leave their birthplace and migrated someplace else once again, and this time, they met Azurite and his cousin Lazulite from Beach City, strangley enough, Kornerupine, for some reason has water powers, summoning bubbles, and can walk on water despite being a off-color Gem, unique in their way, Azurite helps Kornerupine with some other stuff and they don’t enjoy it, but they do enjoy spending time with a friend they once met for the first time. As of now, they stay in Beach City and are part of The Pacific Gems.
