Twilight Gambler Part 2

:game_die: This weekend challenge was very well received when I originally posted it so I’m bringing it back with a whole new set of numbers! It will be a lot of fun to participate in, and I hope you will be intrigued enough to try it! Let me explain how it will work.

:game_die: You will pick a number between 1 - 31, then post your number in the comments and I will assign you a Character from the Twilight Saga. Your challenge is to post a blog with Fan Art, Fan Fiction, Moodboard, or Character Review.

The Challenge

#1. :game_die: IMPORTANT: Pick a number between 1 - 31 and then post the number you want in the comments below. Next I will give you a canon character from the Twilight Saga to work with, also to be left in the comments section.

#2. :game_die: Post your Twilight gamble in a blog.

#3. :game_die: With the character you have been assigned to, you will choose at least 1 of the following options for your character:

:dart: 1. MOODBOARD: Create a Moodboard for your character with explanation.

:dart: 2. PERSONAL REVIEW: Write a Personal Review of the canon character you are assigned. You can include what you like and dislike about the character you have been assigned.

:dart: 3. FAN FICTION: Write Fan Fiction for your assigned character, or a short story, with a minimum of 5 paragraphs including at least 4 sentences each paragraphs.

My Character: Edward Cullen

✩̣̣̣̣̣ͯ┄•͙✧⃝•͙┄✩ͯ•͙͙✧⃝•͙͙✩ͯ┄•͙✧⃝•͙┄✩̣̣̣̣̣ͯ

I chose Edward Cullen as my character gamble and I’m thrilled to have done so. I really love the character Edward Cullen and I’m going to give you 4 reasons why I do. I’ve chosen option 2 and included 2 edits in my challenge.

1. Gentleman: I really believe that Edward is the epitome of a gentleman. He is from a different era and from a time when most men treated women with respect and it shows in Edward’s character. I’m searching for someone like Edward, a real gentleman. From Urban Dictionary this is the description:

”A gentleman is a man who does not cower to outside forces, he is strong and true to his word. He does the right thing, even if the right thing does not seem the popular thing. His strength of character is apparent in his presence as he enters a room and exerts not arrogance, but confidence that is contagious to others. A true gentleman never lacks a friend, because a true gentleman is a friend. The word ‘Gentle’ in gentleman is not in the sense that he is soft, but that with his confidence and aura, others might feel comfortable in his presence.”

I believe this description fits Edward Cullen beautifully. :heart: :heart: :heart:

2. Manners: Edward is polite and kind to most unless they would harm someone he cares about. He’s always like this except sometimes with Jacob his hostility and even jealousy shows. Again he’s from a different era, an area when manners were very important.

3. Protective: Protecting Bella at all cost is what Edward does, even if it means leaving her as he did in New Moon. I think he feels it is his job to make sure Bella is safe especially when it comes to Jacob because he’s afraid Bella would be hurt. He even makes sure that he doesn’t hurt her by keeping her from seeing him hunt or if any other vampire might harm Bella.

4. Romantic: Edward can be so romantic. He loves Bella and is always caring towards her. One example is in the book Eclipse when Edward gives Bella a beautiful large diamond to fit on the charm bracelet that Jacob gave her. He wanted to be represented on this bracelet which included the hand made wolf charm. Of course Bella doesn’t realize it’s a real diamond, but just a crystal. Alice immediately recognizes what it is and almost lets Bella in on the secret by accident. I wonder if Edward actually tells Bella after she became a vampire.

My favorite male character in the Twilight Saga is Edward Cullen and he always will be. His description in Twilight is intriguing and not just because his hair is an interesting bronze. I love Robert Pattinson but he’s not exactly as described in the book. He portrays Edward Cullen beautifully and in my mind I see Rob as Edward while I’m reading any of the books.

I have created two edits of Edward and Edward with Bella. I hope you like them. One at the start and one at the bottom.
