Fairy Companion Entry - Te Kā

After the hustle and bustle of Art Fight, I have decided to sit down and design a fairy. I wanted to make it more nature oriented just because I'm a huge nature lover but it isn't what I ultimately landed on. I decided to go with lava!

Quirk

Her quirk or power is being able to survive in lava. Always wanted to see what's in the lakes of Death Mountain? Te Kā! Wanted to see what lava could taste like? Te Kā!! Wonder what a Marbled Rock Roast tastes like? Te Kā!!! She has the ability to control the lava when she's around it which means she can help defeat monsters and even shield you.

Where She is Located/How to Get Her

You can find her on the top of Death Mountain, relaxing in the lava. You get her by completing the quest for Divine Beast Vah Rudania. If you get there before you complete the quest, she'll be hiding in the lava but you'll be able to see ripples when she moves.

About Te Kā

Because of the heat she creates, her wings melted away so now she has to eat lava in order to fly. On her back, you'll be able to see what remains of her wings as well as on her fairy ball form however she's hardly in that form as she can't really get around in it. She has gloves because if she touches something without it, it'll melt. Same with her legs. On the lower part of her body, it's all rocky with her lava skin peeking through. On her feet, it's all rock. Her clothes are rug type clothes that can withstand the heat. She's generally a very sweet person but she can be loud and obnoxious. Her name (pronounced tuh-kah) means "the burning one" in Maori.
