Jessie can come across as unserious and even tragically annoying at first (youngest child syndrome). He cares deeply for those he loves but does not always show it in the most conventional ways. He can be incredibly stubborn and argumentative, so he gets along well with people who can easily play off of these traits. If you turn your back on him for too long, you may end up getting a camera stuck in your face.

Jessie’s relationship with his father is strained. Since he was little, his father was constantly away on business trips, making it difficult to form a bond with him. Being the last child of many, Jessie felt as though no matter what he accomplished, it was never truly acknowledged as important by his father. A silent bitterness grew in him as he got older, yet he still finds himself seeking approval from his dad.

𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫

Jessie is not extremely close with his mother either, but it was due more to the kind of relationship that they had rather than a lack of one. Jessie’s mother is known to express narcissistic tendencies (turning situations not about her into situations about her, belittling herself to earn compliments at unpredictable times, blaming things she had done wrong on others). Jessie had always been outspoken, even as a child. This made tension grow between himself and his mother, which constantly presents itself even in the present day.

𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬

Jessie has five siblings, not including himself. His middle sister and himself struggle to get alone on many different levels, but besides her, he is rather close with them all. He is closest with his two oldest brother and sister, who are twins. While he can get annoyed at them for treating him as if he is still a little kid, he enjoys the attention they give to him despite it.

Jessie has had a number of "lovers," including those who were too old for him at the time he saw them. This shaped a rather unhealthy idea of how love is earned from romantic partners.
